The classic musical Singin’ in the Rain is splashing back onto the stage, with a major tour following its Christmas season at Sheffield Crucible.

Set against the glamour of Hollywood in the roaring Twenties, the show follows silent movie star Don Lockwood as the arrival of the “talkies” turns the film industry upside down. With his carefully managed screen romance under pressure and a talented young actress about to change everything, Don finds himself caught between silent cinema’s golden age and a dazzling new future.

This smash-hit stage production brings together high-energy choreography, sumptuous set design and more than 14,000 litres of water on stage each night.
