Internationally renowned performer David Essex OBE has announced a major 21-date UK tour for September 2026, Thanks For The Memories – a celebration of his extraordinary career in music, theatre and film.

Rising to fame as Jesus in the original London production of Godspell, David became one of the West End’s most recognisable leading men, later starring in Evita, Aspects of Love, Footloose, Boogie Nights 2, and his own hit musicals Mutiny! and All The Fun Of The Fair.

Alongside his acclaimed stage work, he has enjoyed huge chart success with timeless hits including ‘Rock On', ‘Hold Me Close', ‘Lamplight' and ‘Gonna Make You a Star' – earning 23 Top 30 singles and millions of record sales worldwide.
