Michael Harrison and David Ian are delighted to announce that their smash hit production of Annie The Musical will return on a new UK tour in 2026.Â
Following its last tour in 2023, this classic family favourite has previously enjoyed sell-out tours across the UK and Ireland, extended seasons in London’s West End, and international success in Toronto.
With its award-winning book and score, this heart-warming production features unforgettable songs including ‘It’s the Hard Knock Life', ‘Easy Street', ‘I Don’t Need Anything But You' and the worldwide anthem ‘Tomorrow'.
La Voix will star as Miss Hannigan at selected venues on the 2026 UK tour, including Wimbledon, Birmingham, Manchester, Plymouth and Canterbury. Known for her appearances on Strictly Come Dancing, RuPaul’s Drag Race UK and Britain’s Got Talent, she joins Alex Bourne, who returns as Oliver Warbucks.
Further casting for the 2026 tour is expected to be announced in due course.
WHAT IS ANNIE THE MUSICAL ABOUT?
Set in 1930s New York during The Great Depression, brave young Annie is forced to live a life of misery and torment at Miss Hannigan’s orphanage.
Determined to find her real parents, her luck changes when she is chosen to spend Christmas at the residence of famous billionaire, Oliver Warbucks.
Spiteful Miss Hannigan has other ideas and hatches a plan to spoil Annie’s search for her true family…
